2. The oil filter housing is made of aluminum alloy material, which is light and durable, and the filter rod in the filter element is made of neodymium iron boron strong magnetic material, which has super strong adsorption performance.

4. This series of products is composed of aluminum alloy shell, filter element, self-sealing valve, and filter plugging signal transmitter. It can be directly installed on the side plate of the fuel tank, and the installation is simple and the connection is reliable. The filter should be fully immersed below the oil level during installation.

5. This series of products are equipped with manual self-sealing valve. When the filter element is to be cleaned or replaced, the self-sealing valve can be closed manually to prevent the oil in the fuel tank from flowing outside. And when the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is -0.018Mpa, the transmitter will send a signal alarm or cut off the power directly. There are three styles of the transmitter.

6. This product also installs a powerful magnet in the filter element, which can effectively adsorb the metallic iron molecular particles in the lubricating oil, ensure the quality of the lubricating oil, reduce the wear of the equipment, and extend the service life.

7. Note: If the self-sealing valve is not fully opened, do not start the oil pump. When the transmitter sends a signal, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time to avoid the failure of the pump.
